iMoms Luncheon
iMoms is a mentor group for women that our wonderful Miss Lupe started a few years ago. This is their annual luncheon, and she really needs our help to make this a super special event for these women.
The event is April 25th at the Doris Miller Auditorium. There will be speakers, gifts and lunch. What she needs from us is about 10 volunteers to help with set up, serving and cleanup. Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch is an immigration attorney and will be joining us on Sunday, April 6 at 1:30pm to educate us on what to do/what not to do when it comes to advocating for and protecting our immigrant neighbors. Santa Rita Easter Eggs
SIGN UP HERE to donate easter eggs. More info below!
This will be the last Easter at Santa Rita for quite some time, since the housing project is being torn down later this year and rebuilt. Miss Lupe wants to have a great Easter celebration for the kids there and plans to do an Easter Egg hunt and needs help from us to supply the eggs. We need 38 dozen plastic eggs filled with candy and/or small toys. Remember what it was like for you as a kid, and fill the eggs with goodness. They need to be brought to ANC by April 13th or they can be shipped to Terra Brimberry by April 9th.

Film Screening: Any Other Way
Join us for a screening of the documentary Any Other Way: The Jackie Shane Story, directed by Lucah Rosenberg-Lee.
Jackie Shane was one of music's pioneering Black trans performers. On the edge of stardom, why did she disappear? Any Other Way: The Jackie Shane Story hands the mic over revealing her extraordinary journey, in her own unmistakable voice.
